Our standard solar panel cleaning includes a hand scrub (brush) and DI water rinse. The hand scrubbing breaks up all the dirt on the panel so that it can be completely rinsed clean. The DI (de-ionized rinse water is nothing but pure water. It contains no disolved solids to dry on your panels which means your panels will stay cleaner longer. When we are done, your panels will be clean and spot free for maximum sun energy. We also don't use any harmful chemicals that will linger in your rain gutter or on your panels which could attract dirt faster.

- We will inspect your entire solar asset from panels to inverter to electrical tie-in to determin what is causing the degredation in performance.
- We will provide a verbal report at time of inspection and will mail the report within 5 days.
- The $49 inspection cost can be applied toward the repair or clean if you have us do the work.
$79 Solar Panel [second] Cleaning. (*See restrictions below)
- This includes all of the benefits and reports as the $99 cleaning, but work must be scheduled for 7 months or less from prior cleaning by Solar Maid OC.
$99 Solar Panel Cleaning. (*See restrictions below)
- This is includes a hand scrub (brush) and DI water rinse. The hand scrub breaks up all the dirt on the panel so that it can be completely rinsed clean. - Residence must be one or two stories. Additional stories will require a custom quote.
- Roof must be easily accessable via a ladder.
- The inspection comes with with recommendations only.
- Work to resolve the issues will require a custom quote
- You will receive a verbal report on the day of the inspection and full report by mail within 5 days.

- Price is for the second clean if work is scheduled for 7 months or less than the prior cleaning performed by Solar Maid OC

- Up to 40 panels. More than 40 panels will require a custom quote
- Must be a one or two story house. Additional stories will require a custom quote.
- Roof clean, ladder access must be available.
- Ladder clean projects or hard to access projects will have to be quoted on a case by case basis.

Our staff is trained and certified for use on all the equipment necessary for the job. Safety comes first while ensuring professional cleaning and customer satisfaction. Safety vests, hard hats, harnesses and other appropriate equipment are worn on the jobsite. All of our safety equipment is OSHA certified.
